What websites are most popular in Ireland. According to Alexa.com which is the leading provider of free global web metrics, We are a social bunch. Facebook is in the top three which is no surprise, Followed by YouTube which is a great source of entertainment and education. I was surprised to see LinkedIn in the top 10 as it is a business tool. There are four search engines in the list, Two of which are Google which just goes to show the power of Google. Yahoo is another surprising result in the top 10, I guess a lot of people are still holding on to their Yahoo email accounts.
It makes for an interesting read but makes you wonder where are all the Irish websites? Boards.ie, RTE.ie, and IrishTimes.com. Let me know if you think there is a website that should be in the Top 10.

LinkedIn.com – A networking tool to find connections to recommended job candidates, industry experts and business partners. Allows registered users to maintain a list of contact details of people they know and trust in business.
Live.com – Search engine from Microsoft.
Twitter.com – Social networking and microblogging service utilising instant messaging, SMS or a web interface.
Blogspot.com – Free blog provider from Google
